Do I have one of the lightest Mustang ever mass-produced?

It's a 1989 notchback with NO OPTIONS. It only has power-steering and power-mirrors. No AC (from factory), no door locks or anything. It has the cheap small LX seats.. I need to get it weighed but it feels light as hell.

is white paint lighter too lol j/k

sounds like it will be light but actually the 65 mustangs were lighter cars.

Teh notch is some 400lbs lighter from the factory than the GT's of the same year. You do own an extremely light mustang... I can't imagine mine being any lighter than it already is. It's already scared me to death doing 60 mph through Birmingham, AL

I would imagine that a no-option Mustang II would be the lightest of mustangs produced... but I dont really know for sure.

Umm I would say basically any 64-68 car is lighter, any 74-85 car would be lighter. It might be light for an EFI fox body, but not ever mass produced by Ford.
