They will sell you parts for car that do not fit, are wrong, or missing parts and will not make things right.
They said they had a Diablosport programmer for my wife's new '07 GT. Funny, no one else had one except for them. They sent it to me and guess what....it was for a '05-'06 GT. The new programs aren't available yet. Diablosport said it will be a couple weeks from now till the new programs are out. One of the people I spoke with at the RPMOutlet said that I could not return it. He told me straight out that "I am stuck with it" and "to just hold on to it till they make a program for the car". I am going to keep it now, but that is the wrong thing to tell someone. Also the pulley kit I bought was missing bolts. And to top everything off, I was charged $68 too much once I was billed. The total was suppose to be 646.96 and ended 715.52.
Well anyway, RPMOutlet.com will not respond to my e-mails, and they will not call me back now. I have called many times and every time they say they will call me right back.........they never do.
So if you want:
-wrong parts
-no refunds (exchange only on parts they sold you wrong)
-charged too much
-horrible customer service
-lied to
-over all bad experience
then this is your place!
I will not remove this until they call me and make things RIGHT!
