Do SN-95 fuel rails flow better?

A buddy of mine told me that the SN-95 fuel rails flow better than my Fox fuel rails...which would make sense because they are bigger visually...and they are a direct swap...but is there any truth to this? Do they support more HP? This would be ideal because I have a set of SN-95 rails in the basement, and a matching regulator...

Anybody know

Thanks

They will only flow as much as the fuel pump is pumping out through them. As far as interchange, they bolt right up, front of back. I have 2001 lines in my 81 notchback, because I used the entire drivetrain...they fit perfectly.

The rails I have have the old 3 bolt regulator...I checked with the old regulator off of the fox rails...the rails have are the 94-95 style...but have the 86-93 regulator style...hmmm.
