Not the same, however you could swap the sensor from a MAF calibrated for a 4.6, 5.4 or a 5.0 that used 19 lb injectors.
See http://www.pro-flow.com/old files/apchart.htm and find an 80 MM MAF that matches you injectors. You might have to swap the MAF's plastic electrical connector, but a safety pin and 10 minutes worth of effort makes that an easy job.
I think they are calibrated for 42lb injectors and im getting 42lb's so i just wanna know if the mafs will interchange regardless of the injectors. Im guessing it will have to get a proper tune because of the different computers. Anyone know what year lightnings will work?
