do verts need difrent lowering springs

Ive been lookin around and seen sometimes there are different springs for verts, but the steeda sports dont have this option. whats the deal?

Verts do need a different spring rating that coupes, so yes.....

I know they make different springs for verts, but I think the springs for the coupes will still work on a convertible. The vert will just drop more with the coupes springs.

Exactly, no difference physically between the two and no difference between the two as far as installation. As mentioned earlier, they do sale springs specifically for verts because of the extra weight of the car.

so do I need to look for certain spring rates or could i just use say, the steeda sports and just expect a little more of a drop
