I dunno what to believe since it IS on ebaumsworld... but.. its also taken off fox news... I can maybe believe the theory behind it.

it makes sense though, if HHO gas weilded more power when burned than it took to convert water into that form, HHO gas would probably be more common in nature, no?

and for those of you who have studied chemistry, that electron configuration and sharing is kinda mindboggling on the HHO gas

makes sense the Hydrogen gas or whatever it is burns hotter then oxy/acetalene. Just look at a hydrogen bomb, those things pack super power.

Lot of good it does to run off "clean" water when the powerplant in the next city has to pollute like crazy to turn the H20 into HHO...

I would think tho that if something was developed where a car could run on just water alone, the price of water would skyrocket im sure. goverment has to rape us somehow
