I have been searching hi and low for the right green (yes green....I can hear the comments already ;^) ) to paint my Pony. I like the Spy Green on the Ring Brothers "Espionage" build but thought it ultimately may be too polarizing. I think I have found the green I want but can't pin down the color. It was a picture originally from Hot Rodding Magazine but I don't know what issue, year or anything. Has anyone seen the write-up on this one? I would love to know what color green this is. I love it.
Update - Found it. The car is called Smokin' Oats and was built by Pinkees Hot Rods. It subsequently sold at Barrett Jackson Scottsdale in 2013 for $143K. I think the color may actually be a silver that hues green in the light. Working on that now.
