Door pin issue.

I'm replacing the door pins in my stang and I've seem to have run into a little problem with the door opening weird now. It's rubbing my front fender on the passenger side when its somewhat opened resulting in the paint being chipped away. I took a few pics to help maybe illustrate it. Any ideas on what to do? I checked the gap on the driver side and they look identical and the door on the driver side still has the factory pins but comes no where near even rubbing at all.

Heres some pics they were taken at night so its a little hard to see but hopefully this gives ya a better idea of what I got.

I got the pins from 5.0 resto and the cotter pin doesn't really have enough room to even go in so maybe upon jacking the door up a little it bent the hinge the pin goes in itself just a hair? Also could it be possible I have them in upside down? As it stands the cotter pin is put in on the topside of the hinge. I took it out and put the new pin back in the same way basically. Should I try replacing the white bushing as the bottom of the door also?
