Draw Through And Blow Through Maf

I almost have all the parts needed for my vortech v2 build but ive been reading about the draw through and blow through maf i know in the used kit that i bought it came with a 90 mm lighting maf ive seen people make it into a blow through set up but they said it was not fully up to par compared to the hpx maf here is a link to it

also im not sure where the iat sensor goes in a blow through set up and if i can just use my bpv that the kit came with instead of having to go and buy a bov.

if you have any pictures of your set up and the location of the iat or mafthat would be awsome!

blow through is much better than a draw through IMO. You can vent the bov to the atmosphere, as long as its before the maf. The Iat sensor can go anywhere in charge pipe.

btw: I tuned my buddies 94gt with a blowthrough lightning maf, and it never pegged, even at 20 psi. But part throttle/ light boost, I couldnt get it right, but a better tuner could with ease.

did he use maf ia with the lightining when he made it a blow through? and instead of a bov can i just use my bpv that i already have?
