Finally making a thread for the car that you all hate, our 5.0 Fox Mustang.

In this video we took the car to Drift Day. Formula D Judge Alex Pfeiffer just got our roll cage in and it definitely made the car feel more solid. We still have stock steering angle and no LSD which is less than optimal. Alex helped us confirm that we need to address the non-linear steering and we're probably going to change the front spring rate before the next event.

Considering the shape the car is in right now it's still pretty fun. If anyone is interested, I can update this thread with our progress and as always all the old stuff can be seen at www.drift50.com

I dig it!!
I've been following posts about you and the car on different forums. It does bring some interesting discussions, but I will say the mass majority are hip to what you are doing. Keep up the good work!!

We're going to be at the track again this weekend testing a new front spring rate. I'll be sure to post the new video once it's up!

I like the looks of the stang with no spoiler. Wonder how that would look with a small cowl on the front too.

Not so much into drifting but seeing a 5.0 in action (especially getting sideways) is always cool.

I like the look of a no-wing hatch, so much that I just bought a wingless hatch for my '89 (too lazy to weld up holes). Here's a vid of one drifting (or just acting a fool, you be the judge)
