Dying 7.5" T-loc Differential

Hi guys,
Been out of the forum scene for a long time... Sorry. Life gets in the way of the fun stuff.

I had originally replaced the stock open diff with a Ford Racing 7.5" T-Loc in 2006 at 45k.
After 90,000 miles the clutches self-destructed.
I replaced the meatball with a new Ford diff around 220k.
Now, at 297,000 miles, the diff is again failing.

1. Does anyone else have this longevity issue? (Any better lifespan with 8.8" or 9" axles?)
2. Does anyone know where to find a NEW 7.5" T-Loc (I cannot find them online or in any online catalog)
3. Barring #2, is there another option to "fix" the existing one?

Thanks for any info you might have.
Bob
