Dyno tune in LA/OC area

Imma drop in a chp 347 and I have alot of aftermarket parts and I figure imma need a dyno tune after the swap. Anybody know any dyno tuners in the LA/OC area? Will I need a programmable chip too cause my computer is totally stock? or do they just reprogram the stock chip? Any guestimations on how much this will cost?

R&E Racing in lancaster, Ca has a special on tues and thurs...two pulls for $70, They dyno tune for $100/hour, and can put a chip or programmer on it.
