E-brake handle vibration

Ok so this is driving me nuts! since i bought my 05 mustang gt 2 years ago the e barke handle vibrates like crazy at high rpms. Like always on the highway. ANd for 2 years ive been saying i have to fix it, now i cant take it any more. Any idea why this is happening or how I can fix it? Thanks.

P.S.-Its something minor because if i put my hand on it the noise stops

MGW has a video on their site that shows how to remove the two plastic parts around the e-brake handle and where to put a small piece of dynamat to stop the vibration.
