Hey guys was given a Eaton M112 for free and would like to take advantage of it. I currently have a 5.0 but was gonna go to the junkyard this weekend and pick up a compatible engine for that supercharger. As far as i knew i thought i could use a DOHC 4.6 (Aviator/Cobra) or a DOHC 5.4 (Navigator)... Well anyway could you guys please help me out with info on which engines i can use and what cars i can find them in? also should i go sohc, ive been warned about a loss of low end power with the dohc. Thanks for the support

what car did it come off of? Do you have the entire blower assembly including lower intake or just the blower itself?

Depending on what it came off of (most likely a cobra or lightning), and if it included the lower intake assembly, you would be looking for a dohc 4.6 or a SOHC 5.4. If it didn't come with the lower intake, you might as well try to sell it on ebay, cause it will cost you more than it is worth to piece it all together.Similar threads
