Engine EGR not hooked up. CEL on

There is an extension harness that plugs into the plug next to the ECT and runs down to the purge solenoid on the fender.

Ok, I found that diagram earlier. That makes more sense now. Must be missing the extension piece of the harness. May have it laying around somewhere. I will check. That is what was confusing me.
