Engine ID help please

Recently purchased this 89 and it does not have the original engine. I found the code on the block and it is 29 E7TE BA with firing order 18456273
Its a 302 but thats all I know. Any help in identifying this? Thanks.

87 up truck block, was also used in mustangs.
Need to find the number that is stamped onto a pad at the back intake 'china wall' area, the last 6 or 8 of the VIN number for the vehicle it was installed into is hand stamped there,

Would have been used in 87-90 Mustangs.

But also used in trucks/vans.

Uncertain of the trucks had the lifter hold-down bolt holes tapped.
