i miss my 86 GT it was my first real 5.0 all my other ones were 4-banger hack jobs with truck motors.

I miss my 85GT. I went from driving my brother's old 82 Toyota Corrolla to the GT. Light years difference in power. It was pretty much the slowest of the 4 5.0s I've owned but since it was my first I still have a soft spot for it. It was also the only black car I've owned and the only one with t-tops. I got it back in '87 eek: ) with 32,000 miles on it. I still remember the feeling I had the first time I did a burnout. I RARELY had the t-tops on that car. lol Unfortunately I didn't appreciate the car enough so it was a POS by the time I got fed up and sold it.
