Thanks alot Phil. The good news is, that I've been sick for about 3 weeks now, and I really hope that the whole time was actually the mono running it's course. That gives me only a few weeks left to really get over it.
I'm keeping myself as hydrated as possible, drinking around 3 litres of fluids a day, and the hospital gave me Saline to continually swish around in my mouth, and Codeine to keep me pain free. I've finally realized that my best friend dealing with this is soup....Chicken soup, always goes down easier than burgers and fries...
Thanks alot for the kind words, fella's. I had the same sore throat early this morning at about 6 am, but 2 ibuprofen and 2 codeine's later and not only did the sore throat soothe, but I fell into a state of carelessness that I still feel right now....it's nice, really
