Tonight I put on the AFR and put the upper intake back on, Egr, TB and fought like hell to get the CAI and new MAF to fit. Damn it was tight....I am going to wait to get the fuel gauge in and then I will attempt to set the TPS and fuel pressure.........I am keeping my fingers crossed when I start it up...LOL
Guage and 255 lph should be in from Summit tomorrow..........

I'm looking forward to when I get mine all buttoned up... I still need all my gaskets, roller rockers, pushrods, injectors, and a MAF. I think I may get a TwEECer, and just go with the Pro-M I have for 19lb injectors and the J4J1 Cobra tune (I think that's the one?). Good luck on the initial start!

Thanks guys, i'll keep you posted....I was joking at work today that I've done too many add ons in the last week or so that the intakes been off if I had trouble it will be harder to narrow down.....lol
I am really thinking about getting a tweecer, I have a laptop put aside for it....
just taking my time contemplating........I've heard the learning curve is high but the results are great once you get them down....and you don't have to get a tune or chip every time you mod.........and that's why I'm leaning towards it.

nice congrats.

In all honesty the tweecer has not been too bad. I have found the tuning forums and EA (along with the master himself Grady) have made it dare I say it preaty / instead of I .

Yes, I have already "threatened" to drop the car off with Grady for tuning LOL
I am going to start gathering more info on it. I take it that the tweecer saves the setting and then has a default in case you "mess" up with the tune...

I am certainly not TwEECer-knowledgable but I think there are a few (maybe 5) settings on the TwEECer where you can save a different tune to each one. Something like that.

Glad to hear things are coming along nicely!

Right on! There's a 5 position switch that comes with it. 1 through 4 are twEECer tunes, and 5 is off (stock, you can't write to this position).

as far as if you make a tune and its a turn in the wrong direction, no.

One of the most important things is to make baby steps with changes and save each of them as a diff. tune.

you wil load say like the first tune with a few changes and DL it, make the changes from there and saving the new tune as something else as to never loose your prev. last good point (for when/if you backward). That way if you do go the wrong direction you can just use the prev. tune that was good.
