Hey all. Can l have some opinions on the quietest performance mufflers? l just didnt care when l was younger but now.... l really dont want that dreaded 1500-2000 RPM drone that you have to turn your radio up to 20 to cover up. My coupe is competely bone stock ( for now ) and ive forgotten how quiet these cars can actually be! Anyway, l will be modifying it, but would like to keep it as quiet as possible in the car at cruise speeds. Any ideas? Thanks!

Also an X pipe will knock the sound level down some.

Had a buddy with Dynomax Ultra Flows and MAC Catted H-pipe and it was quiet (no drone) but since it was a fast ride very stealth. I like the quieter muffs. Chambered muffs are very loud regardless. I think Dynomax came out with a straight through design with a open / closing door inside. Saw it on Two Guys Garage over the weekend. Door opens / closes depending on your foot.

I had a Mac Pro-Chamber and Dynomax Ultraflows on my fox and it was very quiet. Until I put cut out's on it, best of both worlds.
