This weekend I was at the World of Wheels in Chicago. The ebay mustang by Troy was there. That thing is untouchable. The pic's in the mags do it some justice, however up close is great. I talked with Troy the builder of the car for about an hour, sat in the car, several pic's, he let me go over the car with a fine tooth comb. In addition he invited me to his shop, which is about 30 min. from my home if I had any questions or needed help. Nothing like a great car and a builder that will still talk to the little guys.

I asked him if I could drive the car......finally got a NO (But he said he would be glad to build me one just like it !)

There you go again with the Eleanor thing. Why? Because it's almost the same color? Because they both started off as plain Jane '67 fastbacks? I don't see it. Please elaborate.

Did he give you an idication of what it would cost?

I'd love to get one of these made but i suspect it could cost anywhere from $50,000 - $100,000. I may be way off but would love to know.

i'd take the fast forward over the elanor any day, its such a beauty.

I could have sworn they said on the show they had $150k+ into the car...
