Well I finally finished my 94. It took a while with the usual delays... kids, family, work, money... Anyway, I put it all together at once (see sig) so I was amazed it started right up It even idles ok after a little TB adjusting. It does hang at 1100 rpm after a good rev then settles down to 750-850. Not too bad without a proper tune.
I still need to adjust the timing (need to buy a light) I have one question about the valvetrain. With the TF Rockers I put in, is a little noise normal?? They have a little valve clatter it seems pretty even on both sides but I don't feel like opening the covers again to re adjust if it is not necessary. I used trick flow 6.75 pushrods with the TF trackhead heads and TF 1.7 RR 7/16 stud mounts. I went the recommended 1/2 to 3/4 turn after zero lash. I know this is hard to diagnose without hearing them but I figured I woud ask anyway.

Thanks for all info in the forum guys it has been a huge help with my project. Whenever I needed to know somthing I came here first and usually found the answer.

No, I haven't done that yet. How do you adjust the TPS voltage if it is off anyway??

by using the Throttle positioning screw on the side of the TB the very small screw that the will move the butterfly when turned. Voltage should be smewhere close to 1 volt but not over, around .990-.995 or somthing
