I had started a build thread on here a while ago (before there was 50 build threads on the first page). Long story short almost two years later I finished the car. Ended up building another motor for it too. Its still a 306 and should be well into the 11s.

Enjoy.

Its even cleaner underneath...

I sold my draglites and havent been to the track yet, literally just drove it for the first time yesterday. I gotta figure out the race wheels still

That's fap-tastic. Its almost rare to see a carb'd car around here that's actually supposed to be carb'd.

I see you have a sumped tank. Whats the fuel setup? Planning on nitrous or another power adder?

No other poweradders. Ive got a custom CI billet cam so it should run very hard N/A. The fuel system is just -8an braided line to a holley black then up to the regulator where it splits off to two -6 lines to the carb. Pretty standard stuff.

Im just having charging issues I have to figure out and then I will go dyno and tune it.

I need to find a good drag radial to fit on those 17x8s. I cannot get traction in 3rd gear...I have full drag suspension too.

That car won't run anything close to 11's until you put some plug wires and radiator hoses on that motor.

Totally drool-worthy car, mang. Post vids when you can - I wanna hear that beast run.
