Can anyone say for certain if the GT emblem is bolted on or if it is just two sided tape???

I found the Tri Bar emblems for $15 each through fordparts.com.

Can anyone answer that question?

emblems these days are not bolted on. they use double sided tape, but there are two alignment holes under the emblem.

Thanks BigCat. So if I order the OEM running pony emblems, they should use the same holes to line it up, do you think that is right?

yep, same holes. i added the two holes information in case you were thinking about removing the emblem all together. then you would be stuck with two holes.

Those are exactly what I want, but I'm not going to spend that kind of cash. I just bought two running pony's for $40. They have the allignment pins, so I'm more comfortable with those and the install.

I heard somewhere that they only made a limited number of the "Powered by Ford" emblems, that explains the high cost.
