On Monday, I got to go pick up my new Black 2012, 5.0
6 speed manual, Brembos, and 3.55's. I am thrilled with this
choice of gears....works great with the low 1st gear in these
cars. Had the Flowmasters put on this morning by a local
shop and now she sounds like she should! My only concern
is that when I opened the trunk to check the spare out, I
found an air compressor and a can of goo....WTF??? I thought
we were supposed to get a 5th 19" wheel and a P-Zero....
What are you guys finding in the trunk?? Love the car, very
refined compared to my 04 GT. And, certainly way faster!!
Thanks Ford, you have given us a gift except for the Made
in China part....lets see how that holds together!!

You get the goo/compressor as an added bonus with the Brembo package

If it's the 19" wheels that do it, then I imagine also the CS package.

I remember reading somewhere that the wheel wells either were modified to except the 19" tires or, they would have to modify the spare tire well to except a 19". At any rate, I have no problem having the compressor and the goo. I would never use the goo though.

Oh, and congrats on the new ride!

Had to use the "goo" this weekend. My wife and I went to the movies Sunday. When we came out we noticed a right rear flat. A nice piece of glass in the top of the side wall. the tire is still holding air and saw this as my opportunity to put 285/35/19 on. They will be in today. The "goo" works.

Just got my BidgestoneRE50A 285/35/19's installed on the rear Brembo wheels and they fit great. Should hook up better than the Pirelli's.

After a week of testing out the Bridgestone RE50A 285/35/19, they loose traction easier than the Pirellis. So, my tire dealer ordered me the Bridgestone RE11's 285/35/19. These tires hook up very well and were $143 cheaper. I'm taking it to the track this weekend to see how the car performs.

Its the brembo calipers that the spares wont fit around. You cant run just any wheel on a brembo car.
Also , I heared the can of goo messes up your TPMS sensors if you use it??
