On my last few legs of finishing E303 cam install with a 70MM throttle body and 1.6 RR.

Installation was a breeze, lots of installation info here.:hail2:

I know one of my fixes after cam break in(and some tuning) will be fixing old h-pipe(leaking at header)any suggestons? Was thinking of going with x-pipe with or without converters.

I hope to get the engine on a dyno this summer to get it all together but the last plan will be going with #11 pulley on charger before this.

Also i was going to get a air/fuel ratio gauge to check my parameters, but after researching,a wide band seems the way to go or should i just wait for the dyno meter to tell me where i am at with this subject?

Glad to spend another $700 bucks on it this spring.

Glad to recieve any input.:SNSign:

yeah a wideband is a very very good idea to have, you wanna make SURE that you are not running lean, thats very dangerous to do with boost. You need a tune ASAP too. Also another thing FMU's are very hard to tune around, I ended up ditching my fmu and gettin 42# injectors. I just couldnt get my AFR right with that FMU.

tjh566,

I hate the FMU!crapola

I tried 30#Injectors once but i know after that,a chip is needed to calm the flow down on anything more than 24#ers in are 5.0's:nonono:

How does your 42's work?,I take it you have had it on a dyno with a custom chip.?

With out a doubt i know i am in the need a chip burned mode now.:nice:
