Every time I see the numbers a basically stock cobra lays down I want to
puke. They are incredible. I think if I move out of my house, sell my
gt and live in the cobra I can afford one Can you tell I'm jealous

Yeah, I know Ford WAY underated the engine, but don't '03-04 Cobras (stock) usually dyno a little lower than that?

eh...it's probably just the X-pipe. It's amazing how those cars respond to even the simplest mods.

I think they're normally in the 370's or more after they're broken in.

And it's just a catback. Imagine that car with a pulley, full exhaust, cold air (actually does something on an 03/04 Cobra), and tuned by Tim. That's a lot of damn power.

Guys, 396 rwhp is good for an 03/04 Cobra with a CB, thats normal. Stock they dyno around 370-ish. And I talked to a guy who dyno'd at 391 rwhp stock.

The numbers in my sig are with just a CB and CAI. Cobra's dyno high stock and are chocked up. I highly suggest getting a CAI.

And my car must be messed up. My first run was 422, and then it just kept dropping from there. Where-as all of the other Cobra' dyno #'s I've seen go up after the first run. My car must really get heat soaked.

pro charger

We have a new speed shop in town that is running a special on a procharger P1SC2 with intake for the 03 and 04s cobras. They said it would make a min of 550rwhp on a mustang dyno (thats about 600rwhp on a dyno jet). Installed, flashed & tuned for $3,500.

Wow a 10 sec. street car that runs on pump gas.

Add injectors, fuel pump, smaller pulley (700rwhp) 9 sec.??? thats insane!!!!

You got the stuff !!!

That's what I'm sayin'. Great Numbers, but your a/f is down to like 10:1 at 5500 rpm. You could probably gain a ton more power than that just by leaning it out on the topend some.

That's what I'm thinking also.

He needs a tune

Why not get a Kenne Bell upgrade for that?

I can think of over 100 reasons why. Most of them RWHP.

Why did you make a link to a reply page?

I'm not going to start a flame war in this thread but i will say if you've ever seen a KB 03 cobra pushing 25 psi and running 10.4's you would DEFINITELY not be running your mouth.
