Flowtech Stinger Exhaust Question

Has anyone on here used the Flowtech Stinger Exhaust System?

It says 50 state legal.
I like the idea of of the bypass cap so you can have an open exhaust when you go to the track.
If you view the instruction, it shows the exhaust going back over the rear axle.
Is it legal to run an exhaust before the rear axle with turndowns like the picture shows?

I'm not sure on it being legal, but if you have tails, it doesn't matter if the cap is open or not, who will know? BTW I run dumps before the rear axle and have never been caught.

If you want to sound like a burly old pickup truck, go for it.

Those mufflers sound like crap. I know someone who has them and its pretty awful.
