I grew up with a 69 Mach 1 - but my parents sold it before I was old enough to get behind the wheel ...
My son (19) just bought a 2002 v6 — looking to learn about these cars and help him have a bit more fun with it. Especially interested in learning a bit more on the tuning front for the little 3.8 and what might be required for a mild but fun 4.2 build.
My main efforts these days go into keep my old truck running reliably and playing with an old Yamaha FJ1100 we’ve been drag racing and doing 1 Mile land speed events with - EFI conversion with MS3X and a bit of nitrous - best speed so far 198 mph at the Colorado Mile a couple years ago.
