Fog Light Bulb replacement

I recently bought some new bulbs for my fog lights and I can't figure out how to get the fog light assembly out. I have an 04 Mustang GT. I've unscrewed the torx bit that's underneath the car going striaght up into the assembly but it still won't move out. What am I missing?

go from the back and un hook the connector then twist the bulb out

If you're replacing your whole fog light assembly then there are two hex screws on top of the fog light. If you're just trying to replace your bulbs they just twist off the back.

The bulbs twist out of the back. No need to remove the fog light housing

If your taking out the whole assm. there are 3 hex screws, two on top and one on bottom in the back of assm.. a pita to get at.
