Fog light bulbs

Long story short.

I order 9145 Silverstars (suppose to fit) They don't and won't.

899 is the number in the car. They don't make a 899 Silverstar, but they make a 893. From everything I can see the 899 and the 893 are interchangable just have a different wattage.

Can anyone confirm this before I drop some more dough on these bulbs? They guy won't take them back

They make an 899 Silverstar and they sell it at Advance Auto.

Yes 899 and 893 are interchangeable.

I have 893's in my car.

Looks good with the headlights. Definitely whiter.

I hate the stock yellow headlight look
