On Ford Racing springs will I have to put caster/camber or are the stock one ok. They say it only lowers the front 7/8 and the rear 1/2. Also should I paid someone to do the front or are they easy to get off. I hear the fronts when you have the A arm at almost a 90 degree angle the spring is so long it hard to get out

You'll need a spring compressor for the fronts. It might take a little effort but they come out. If you want to buy CC plates go ahead otherwise wait to see if it will come back into spec when you align it.

do you really need a spring compressor

i thought on the fronys you could just put a jack under the front a-arm and take off the srtuirt and the swaybar end link and the a-arm assembly will drop and realese the spring. i thought if you lower the jack slowly the spring wouldent fly out?????? waht do you guys think???

Yes you can do it that way. This is the way that I did it. But if I were you I would make sure you tie up the spring somehow to the a-arm or something. What I did was I put a big ass chain around the spring then thru the hole in the a-arm. I lowered the jack until the a-arm was as far down as possible, then I pried the stock spring out. Let me tell you, it still has a lot of potential energy even with the a-arm all the way down! I was very surprised and was glad I took the extra precaution
