So what should I do to her? I was told by two people to pain the rims black I was thinking white.

How about replacing the 5.0 with a nice 351 Cleveland? You think it's fast now............ 
That makes what, 3 of them total? I'd say turn her into a fairly quick daily driver. The aid of EFI will give you a nice boost in fuel economy, plus you got A/C, P/S, P/B, ect. The addition of a little giggle gas couldn't hurt either (well, maybe
