Don't do it because you think you have to. The steel handle is probably stronger than the one that comes with the shifter anyway. As long as you're good with the handle possition, I see no reason to order the Steeda aluminum one. Especially when you consider you never see it with the shift boot installed.
Yeah but with the aluminum over steel his car will be lighter so he'll drop .00000001 seconds in the 1/4 mile. Almost as good as removing those pennies out the ash tray and vacuuming the rug.
I didn't take the pennies out, I just moved them to the trunk in a special box I built to hold them!! lol
Put the special box over the right tire. During launches it seems that tire needs all the traction it can get.
