Fox 2.3 to 5.0 swap emissions

If a swap was done from a 2.3 to a 5.0 and you go through emissions. Will it pass?
I'm looking at buying one with a swap done but my county requires emissions.

I shy away from those swaps anyway. Depends on what state and your county rules.

Everything would have had to be swapped with it, if all the emissions equipment is not intact it will not pass.

Depends on state. Here in MA, they don't pop the hood or do a sniffer test. Technically the engine and emmissions controls must be stock but there's no way for the inspector to verify. As long as it has cats on it, you are more than likely to get a pass.
