I never got made fun of for mine, and wouldn't have given a **** if I did. That car was fun and awesome. It wasn't the fastest car in the lot, thanks to a guy with a built Nova. It was still the most fun, though.

my buddy had a 80 zephyr wagon and i had a 80 fairmoint futura. in our little preppy school we caught heat.

You wouldn't have from me. I knew a guy in high-school who's dad had an old Zephyr wagon witha 302 drop he let him take to school every once and a while. Man did that thing ever burn through a set of tires. Looked really coool too (for the late 80's). Really nice grey paint, blacked out windows and a set of Centerline's wrapped in big bat white letter tires. Loved that car.

I'm a junior (11th grade) and I drive a white '89 LX hatch, auto, completely stock except the stereo. The kids at my school have no respect for it, it's generally refered to as the "muscrat". I love the car, and I think with a little money put into it, it could be quciker than alot of what resides in that parking lot. However what resides in the parking lot is fairly exotic, the two fastest cars right now are an '03 E55 AMG Mercedes with a renntech supercharger(11.9 1/4 mi.), and a '07 Subaru WRX STI with about 15k invested into it . Stuff like that is hard to compete with, especially on my budget.

man at my highschool it was all exotics, there were 2 67 eleanor mustangs, 2 ferraris, a 360 and i forget the other one, 6 amg's 2 hummers, an H1 and a modded up the ass h2, a supra, 3 teminators, and too many gsxr amd cbr's to count, i felt like dog **** when i rode to school in my 89 f150, but its cool, cause all the kids who had those, dont have jobs now, still mooch off their parents, and not to mention couldnt fight their way out of a brown paper bag (thats one of the most important things )

I had an 88 GT Watkins Glen Pace Car. Got it my senior year in high school. I've had 3 other fox bodies since then and drive one now. I love these cars! If you get picked on...tell em to go s*** in their hats!

I'm the fastest car in the lot, so they don't say much. I'm pissed! We got our yearbooks back today. On the Student drivers page is a kid with a 05' V6 Mustang as the main picture. There is a corner of my car. Everyone knows how much time i spend working on my car. Mine is a real head turner too! Red Notch with cobra wheels!!! I mean come on its a better looking car than the V6 mustang by far! Oh the girl that did the page is one of my good friends, but a Chevy fan! As I said "Girls SUCK!"

I had a 95 GT vert in high school. Xenon body kit, black trim around tail lights, Saleen strips on the door/fender, Cobra brakes and LOUD ass Flowmaster exhaust. Everybody drolled. I didn't drive it much, I was too afraid someone would eff it up from jealousy.

There was one kid with an 88 black GT. 11 year old car at the time. He always talked crap. We never raced, but I would have smoked him. His was old and ragged.

Another kid had a 99 LS1 Camaro Z28. Everyone was jealous of him.
