In the April 07 MMFF on page 40 tech section a guy who has 17x9 10th anniversary Cobra wheels on his 94GT, asked if he could use Fox 87-93 front lower control arms to narrow the track width and fit the wheels into the wheel well better. MMFF (Yo Ken) said yes. Anybody have any experience with this?

I wouldn't do it, personally. The wheels being almost flush with the edge of the wheel well looks much better than tucked in underneath. Take a look at the rear end for example of this. Stock, the 94-98 Mustangs should have had a little longer axle in the rear so the wheels weren't so tucked in, IMO. Also, tucking the wheels in more may cause you to have to run rack limiters since you'd probably run into issues with tires rubbing at full-lock, or close to it. I think our cars could use a little more turning radius anyway, although I can get it to turn a little tighter by side-stepping the clutch if I'm really concerned about it :D
