I.....think he was being sarcastic QUICK91LX. ;) We all know that the 94/95 Cobra's were dogs in stock trim. Even more so than the equally disappointing (power wise) ’93 Cobra:(

Actually I wasn't but thanks. I feel a little dumber now. :rlaugh:

I knew they were slow but I thought the bastards would at least break 13's. That's disappointing.

Oops, sorry Legendary. But yeah, the 94-95's were real turds in strait line performance. Lame camshaft grind (T-bird/Cougar cam) along with even lamer computer tuning, plus the added weight of the SN-95 platform made these things turds. The '93's would break into the 13's every once and a while though, but not often. ;)

Put it this way, the fox is a legend. It made the name, saved the mustang herritage, has a timeless look and appeal to it, and everyone thinks of this very stang when people hear "five-oh". As well as a side note, what can't you do with a fox that you can a sn95? You can buy all the body stiffening braces you want, get the disc brake conversion out back, and even convert to that year interrior if you really want. I fell in love with the sn95 but the fox is a very important icon when you think about a mustang.

I like the styling of SN95s, and I think that is when people can be "intelligent" and know it's a Mustang. I don't know how many times I have heard someone say, "That's a Mustang?" when they walk past my car. I think the 79-93 Mustangs are like a lost era or something. My dad has a 95 GT Vert and I like it, and when I was looking for Mustangs I really only wanted a SN95. Then I found my car, bought it, and have grown to love it. Now I'm more of a Fox Stanger now.

yeah its like you got your classics and you got your newfangled cars but what came in between I had no idea until my sister got one of them things, when I saw her dark blue 90 2.3 that was one of the first cars I remember looking at and really having a fondness for.

If I'd never saw that car I'd still be driving my pos dodge. :notnice:
