I was around 160-180...but I still had 3 gallons in the tank. I never trusted the gauge. It looked lower than what I really had in the tank.

I usually get anywhere from 150-200 on ~12 gallons. My gauge likes to tell me the tank is empty when I still have 3 gallons left in it.

I guess my 6 mile round trip to work with some stop lights are the reason for the low numbers i have.

Last time I ever payed attention to it I was driving to the track, full tank, made it 100 miles and the needle was just below the F line. Raced the car all day, drove home had maybe a 1/4 tank and I had a good 250-260 miles on the odometer.

I've never clocked it around town, cuz I'm usually heavy footed, but I was pulling 27mpg on a highway trip from Georgia to Texas with a passenger and about 250 pounds of crap in the back. I thought that was pretty decent.

I go by the 150 mile rule, but I usually still have six or seven gallons in the tank when I fill up. In my car the mark below the half tank mark is half a tank, when it gets to the marks just above 'E' the gauge stops working. I found that out the hard way; luckly a cop with a gas can helped me. When I get a new fuel level sending unit I might trust my fuel gauge more.
