Honestly i rarely fill my tanks...less gas equals less weight

But from what i remember i think its around 170-190, but i drive it like i stole it every time i get it out so there's a lot of WOT driving in that. Plus i've got it tuned kinda fat for the top end so it's really not tuned for mileage. You EFI guys got me there

My gas gauge doesnt work so i fill up around 200 although i have gotten to 230 with about a gallon and a half still in the tank. I mainly drive to school and around town so there is no highway miles. This is with 3.73's and a 18 year old behind the wheel though

I get around 260 miles and always end up putting in 12-13 gallons in my vert. All it has is a full exhaust and 3:73s and I dont pound on it very often.

I guess my 6 mile round trip to work with some stop lights are the reason for the low numbers i have.

what kind of driving do you do? when was the last time you did a full tune up? cleaned your injectors? checked your tire pressure? i mean there are tons of variables that determine your gas mileage. still at 215 miles a tank if you use about 13 gallons its 17mpg....really not that bad.

Gas mileage is for pussies

I used to get around 170 before the engine build and after my mileage increased about 4mpg and I was getting 270 or so.

Now I get about 150 to a tank of 3.7 gallons.

I was about to find out how many miles per tank I get in my '84 last week, but the frickin' speedo quit working AGAIN. FWIW, I had gone about 150 miles and still had over 1/2 tank left.

I get up to 270 miles usually between 20 to 21 mpg. It has 3.55 rear end other than that it is factory.
