Friend destroyed rear end why?

Ok so heres my next question. My car has 85K miles on it I've got the stock 3.27 gears and I've got BFG DR's with UCA, LCA, SFC, Tokico shocks and struts, and H&R springs. If I launch at 2500-3000 is my rear end in danger?

I guess it all depends on the condition of the rear end, I've seen some some stock difs take alot of abuse and never have a problem. I'm using Nitto 555R's with a 100 shot and it's still going strong, but I've got an Auburn sitting on the work bench that's going in this winter.
Edit: It's usually cheaper to swap out the stocker before it goes Ka-blam, than after.
