Hey guys just wondering if there was a pretty good noticeable difference in the seat of the pants when you went from 200 give or take a few horses at the tire to 300 give or take? Did it make you go, "hm my car is pretty quick now." ??

Thanks
mike

i honestly think my SOTP dyno is broken...
only thing ive actually noticed a big difference with was putting the hoosiers on it.

Throwing on 100HP will certainly result in a SOP difference. It will also most certainly inform you of any areas that need to be addressed as a result- braking, cooling, suspension, etc. You'll be adding a lot more pressure on the motor so any areas that are weak- gaskets, rings, bearings, etc. will become more pronounced. At a minimum you need to step up the fuel system with a larger pump, injectors, MAF in addition to adjusting timing and plug gap and heat range.

I agree with everybody above but even with all things you need to do to handle the up in hp go for it, when you get over 300rwhp and do some pulls you will giggle with joy from the power gains yes by all means more hp please!. And when thats not enough and you get closer to 400rwhp you will LOL after doing some pulls!! hell yeah do it 300 to 400rwhp and up feels so dam good in the seat of your pants compared to 200rwhp!!! and the more cars that end up in your rearview mirror feels dam good too.
