front wheel scrub, can i have them machined?

good call ron, thanks for all the help guys. i guess i'm gonna have an extra set of rear tires very soon. this calls for a few burnouts

wow, i would love to see a pic of those from the front. how did you manage to get that big of a tire on?

This is prob the best pic I have right now, front end is lifted a little because I am full throttle right there



17x8 4.75 backspacing and 'aggressive alignment'

(-1.5 camber, 3.5 caster, 1/8 toe)

I know you've probably already made up your mind, but just some FYI: With the 15x7 and 3.75 backspace the rim/tire is just about against the control arm. Removing any material on the hub and/or wheel will cause problems. Going to a 17 opens up more possibilities due to the wheel being able to go further over the control arm. As you can see from the tirecalc site, Dodgestang's 245/40-17 is the same diameter as a 215/60-15, not counting minute variances with brand, tread type, etc.
