I am thinking about buying a used Nascar Fuel Safe fuel cell, and making brackets so that I can mount it into my car. The question is can the bladder and foam be removed? I'll need to weld some sort of taps or mounting bracktes to the fuel cell itself, and i dont want to risk destroying the bladder, or foam.
