Hello, I need some help.. I have a bolt on 2003 for which I have recently purchased a vortech SQ trim blower...and I was just wondering what options do I have for a fuel pump that is both not too expensive and works very well? I have heard focus SVT pump, dual cobra pumps, KB boost a pump ect? What do you guys think? what is the best way to go here??

Thanks
Dimitri

Depends upon how far you want to push the blower. If you're planning on 8-10 lbs, then a Focus pump is fine. Also, the focus pump is a direct replacement for the GT pump, and costs ~ $110-120. The Cobra tank/pumps will work as well, but is quite a bit more expensive.

If I were you I would buy two Focus pumps and use that. Just like the dual Cobras but more potential flow.

I plan on making around 11psi with the stock pulley and an upgraded power pipe... a few people have told me that the single focus pump might not be the best way to do it. How would I go about installing twin focus pumps??

Walbro is a bad idea, it'll crap out on you fast as their not designed for your fuel system.

An SVT Focus pump will be plenty, I use a single one and have room left.

Get the KB boost a pump if you are staying under 400 HP. If you decide to forge your internals and crank out between 400 and 800 HP get the cobra terminator pumps and tanks. IMO I have this set up and have no problems. This way your not replacing parts as you grow
