After an extensive search for the fuel filter we came to an impasse... We can't get it off. Everyone I've talked to says that it should just "Pop" off. But it isn't, We've tried everything, does anyone have an Online Guide or some Info. I know I'm a car-retard, so please refrain from telling me that.

Any Help is Appreciated.
Thank you

The fittings on either end aren't just push-on fittings, even though they look like that. There's a one-way spring in each one that catches on a ring on the filter tubing, and you need to open it up before it will come off the filter. Auto stores sell the tool, or you can make your own by making a metal or vinyl tubing sleeve that wraps around the fuel filter line, but fits inside the hose end. It needs to spread the spring apart and then the filter tubing just slides out.

Prolly goes without saying, but you've relieved the pressure already, right? wrap a rag around the fitting when you pull it off- there will be some residual fuel present.
