So normally. The fuel pump will prime for 2-3 seconds when I turn the key to the "on" position. Now it will stay on the entire time as long as I have the key in that position.
I'm not sure what caused it. But what I did today was wire in an Autometer digitial oil pressure gauge. And an Innovate DLG-1 Dual wideband. Somewhere during the wiring, I created this issue.
And as I'm writing this now, and going over the wiring in my head. The only thing I can think of is where I am getting my switched 12v source for the relay that powers the wideband. I ran it to the diagnostic plug that is next to the brake booster. I used a spade connector and just plugged it in to the spot that receives 12v with the key in the on position.
Could that be the cause? I'm at a friend's house now or I would just walk out and try...
