Gas Milage Trouble

I have a 5 speed, v6, 99 mustang. Milage was at 18-20, had the clutch redone and ever since, my gas milage has been 14-16.

- I am running a K&N filter, tried a regular, no change.
- Replaced: Spark plugs (double plat), plug wires
- Fixed 3 cracks in the passenger side exhaust manifold, amazingly, the milage may have gotten a little worse.
- Cleaned the MAF sensor

If anyone can tell me how to boost my gas milage, I would be extremely grateful.

Oh and i have refrained from any lead foot syndrome, as hard as it can be.

Well i know when my mustang was getting bas gas mileage al i did was replace the fuel filter and add injector cleaner and it cleared up, might want to check your o2 sensors also.
