when i put in my 4.10 gears the speedshop used my tuner to change the gear ratio so the speedometer would work correctly. What if i have to take out the CAI and return it stock to have some misc. item fixed at the dealership, will the stang run correctly? the stock tune think that i still have the stock gears.
