The 05+ slot style meters seem to be working for most.

It's what i'm running and has been working great so far.

What are you talking about? 3" OD is the perfect size. Too small and you have too much veloicity and too big, and air doesn't move fast enough. He is on the right track. A L meter with sensor flang from VMP tuning is what I ran for over a year with my p1sc. I put in my own 12" long pipe section and put the MAF in the middle. It had to have the MAFia. But drivablity was perfect and the car ran fine.

I eventually put in the HPX meter to have more range and get rid of the MAFia and I put in a D1sc. All in 3" piping.

with the mafia and oem 05 maf sensor what is the hp range of that? and you cant crank your mafia past 3 correct? im probally gonna roll whit that set up i saw the pigtail and the maf flange looks like a pretty str8 up install and the piping for the intercooler will be 3" i dont know ne1 running anything smaller but i guess when youre 2 slugs short of a full clip 3" is way too big j/k oh yea probally gonna crank it up to 12-14 pis

why is the power pipe a pain?

since you're going blow thru your power pipe will only have a filter on the end of it. no more maf and brackets.

as far as meters go, i'm running a SCT BA3000. it is close to pegging but thats on 20+psi.

i'm running a 50mm Tial BOV. it's loud but works great!

power pipe is a tight fit the elbow that goes on the front of the charger is a fight to install and to get the maf bracket to bolt on to the fender well is virtually imposs. its just is a tight fit to put a 4" pipe there but thats the price you pay for performance dont even get me started on the votech s/c bracket and how the tensioner is smackdab behind the bracket u need to use vicegrips but with nething you do on these cars practice makes perfect whats that 50mm bov run?

I know the powerpipe is a tight fit...just take 2 90 degree elbows and put a filter on the end...you need something there for a filter:

4tun8 shouldnt talk anymore. Maybe I shouldnt either though. VMPtuning.com is doing some nice stuff with the slot style meters or a PMAS 3" tube style meter would work good for you.

I was going to recommend a 3" protube meter, or the pmas slot meter
